Tell us your work email, CRM, region, and list size. If the case fits, the next step is written scope by email. EU/UK comes first. US is reviewed case by case.

Fit criteria
  • High-ticket B2B service firms, consultancies, or specialized agencies
  • EU/UK first · US reviewed case by case
  • HubSpot or Pipedrive is the best fit
  • 1,500+ dormant contacts is the clearest fit
  • Smaller cohorts can work when ACV, sales cycle, and closer capacity are strong

Clear-fit cases move to written scope by email. Smaller but promising cohorts stay in manual review first.

US scope is reviewed case by case and may still need manual review before we proceed.

What we need from you
  • CRM export from HubSpot or Pipedrive, plus any suppression lists
  • Short intake brief: ICP and what "revival" means for your team
  • Approval is required before anything is sent

Delivery timing is confirmed in writing once intake is complete for your path.
